Product Liability & Safety
Our products are intended for use as described. La Flagornerie is not liable for misuse, accidents, or any issues resulting from the use of our products. It is your responsibility to conduct research and testing to ensure proper usage and desired results.
Orders Not Received
Please contact the courier directly to track your order. Once it leaves our warehouse, we have no control over delivery times or tracking. We are not responsible for delays or delivery issues.
Incorrect/Defective/Damaged Items
If you receive an incorrect, damaged, or defective item, please contact our customer service within 5 days of receipt with photos. If eligible, we will offer a refund or replacement at no extra cost. In some cases, we may ask for the return of the damaged item.
Missing Items
Check all packaging carefully, including bubble wrap, as smaller items may be hidden inside larger ones. Otherwise, please contact our customer service.
Order Changes & Cancellations
You may make changes to your order within the same day by contacting customer service. After packing, no changes can be made. Once shipped, orders cannot be cancelled.
Returns & Exchanges
You may return sealed and unused items in their original condition within 5 days for a refund. The buyer is responsible for return shipping. Refunds will exclude the original shipping cost. We will process your refund once we confirm the item is in original condition.
