All graphics, photos and texts in this site belong exclusively to La Flagornerie. The use of any of the graphics, photos and texts without explicit consent from La Flagornerie is not allowed. 

Limitation of Product Liability/Product Safety/Product Information 

Our products are only meant for the use stated in the description. Raw Essentials is not responsible for any misuse, accidents, or mistakes made in the use of our products. We make an effort to provide as much information as we can on our products. We are not responsible for your understanding on how you use our products. You MUST do your own research and conduct experiments for your desired results. 

Orders Not Received

Please contact the courier to track your order. 

NOTE: Once your order leaves our warehouse, we have no control over delivery dates. We are not responsible for tracking your order nor are we responsible for when its delivery has failed.

Received Wrong item/Damaged items/Defective items 

Reports of wrong items/damaged items/defective items must be made within 3 days of receiving the order. We may ask you for proof of the damaged products. After 3 days, we are not able to make any adjustments to your order. 

If the issue has been raised within 3 days upon receipt of the product, you have the option of getting a refund or have a replacement shipped out to you at no extra cost. In some cases, we would require the damaged item to be returned. Please contact our customer support.

Items Missing

Please double check and rip out all bubble wrap in your package. Smaller items are sometimes tucked inside bigger items in your order. Otherwise, please contact our customer service.

Adding Items to an Order/Cancelling Order

You have within the day to make changes to your order. Please contact La Flagornerie's customer service. However, once your order has been packed, your request for any changes to your order may be denied. When your order is shipped out, it can no longer be cancelled. 

Returns and Exchange

Within 3 days of receiving the product, you may decide to return it and get a refund. Please have the unused item shipped back to us in its original form and packaging. You will be responsible for paying for the additional shipping fee.

Once we receive the product and have determined that it is unused and in its original condition, we will give you a refund. Unfortunately, the refund will NOT include the shipping fee. 

Exceptions: Perishable goods such as oils, colorants, and other raw materials cannot be returned. Products on SALE are also not eligible for a refund. 

Pricing

We aim to be as accurate as possible with the information on our site. The prices are final. Wholesale pricing is fixed. Prices are subject to change without prior notice.
