Do you have a physical store? Where are you located?
At the moment, we operate exclusively online and do not have a physical store. However, our storage facility is based in Pasig City.
Do you have samples of your fragrance oils?
Absolutely! We offer 3ml vial samplers of our fragrance oils, which you can purchase through same-day delivery, Shopee, and TikTok Shop.
Which courier do you use for shipping?
Our primary shipping partner is J&T Express.
Do you offer same-day delivery?
Yes, we do! For faster processing, same-day delivery orders can be placed through our Facebook and Instagram. Simply send us a message, and we’ll arrange it for you.
When will my order be shipped?
All orders are processed within 1-3 business days, excluding weekends and holidays.
What happens if I miss my delivery?
If your package is not successfully delivered, it will be returned to us. In that case, we will contact you immediately to discuss your options, whether you’d like a refund or to have the order re-sent. Please note that reshipping will require an additional shipping fee. To avoid any inconvenience, we recommend providing an active contact number for the courier to reach you.
Do you accept Cash on Delivery (COD)?
Currently, COD is not available on our website. However, it is available for purchases made via same-day delivery(Facebook and Instagram), Shopee, and TikTok Shop.

What is the recommended temperature for making candles?
We generally follow these temperature guidelines:
📌 185°F-175°F-110°F (standard)
📌 185°F-180°F-110°F (for oils with higher density, such as peppermint or raspberry)
